When I was reading this book, I was conflicted when rating it afterword, just because of the fact that for 2/3 of the book I felt the book was really slow, but when the last 1/3 of the book started, what was uncovered it couldn't be covered again, it went from almost nothing to crazy. I enjoyed Hannah's POV more than Dawns though just because I felt drawn to the story more. When it comes to the romance in this book, I don't feel like it was needed. If it would have focused more on the other suspects it would have been better. ...more

For starters I wasn't excited for this book. I have read some thrillers this year and I wasn't moved by them but when I read this one... Oh man. I was having chills, I actually freaked out over it. I had to stop reading it at some points to calm myself down. Now, why would I rate a book 5/5 if I felt this way? Because the book did what it wanted. It shocked me. Checked off all the boxes. There were times in the book where I thought I knew what was going on but ended up become COMPLETELY wrong. Now, if you will excuse me, I am going to go find a fluffy book to read....more
