I'm still gushing all over Christian, he was such a sweetheart and his antics to keep his fame hidden were hilarious and adorable.
Lana was a refreshing protagonist... Smart, down to earth, sure of what she wants in life (if not in love).
I loved this series, literally burned through the pages.

Book 1 This book was a curve ball. When reading, especially romances, I usually start all smug saying, "I know how it's going to end!" Well, this is one of the few romance novels where I hadn't seen the ending coming by a hundred miles. If you'd told me at the beginning how it was going to end for Rose I wouldn't have even started reading it, but by reading the story I completely changed my mind... by the end I was totally sold and a bit infatuated. And still, this was my least favorite book in the series...
Book 2 A great sequel and the perfect friends to lovers romance. I loved how the book was in a series but also felt like a completely new one, the stories from the first book and this one overlapped beautifully. And Jack! AWWWW.
Book 3 and 4 These were epic! David was my favorite character of the whole series. The super intricate love triangles here were the best, but also the strong depiction of female friendship.
I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters.......more

It had many of the tropes I dislike so much, but somehow I was addicted and didn't want to put the book down, which is rare. So five stars.
Now you might wonder... what are the things that annoyed you... I have a list.
-Annie was a push-over... I usually tend to despise characters who let themselves be bullied around and with no spine. Unless there's some sort of retribution at the end. This book had not nearly enough retribution, but again somehow I found myself waiting on the interactions between Anne and her family with some sort of perverse anticipation.
-Too much self deprecation. Okay promoting a healthy body image and not saying you have to look like a model or an actress to find love. But when the self-deprecation-I'm-too-ugly-I'm-too-fat pedal is pushed over and over again, I mean, you (the reader) start to believe is true. Especially because half the trick of being beautiful is feeling beautiful!
-Some things were too grit for me. I'm saying Mini Pony and nothing else.
-I'm not sure I'm even right, but I think Austen and Anne talked to each other a total of 3 maybe 4 times in the whole book. We know everything going on inside Anne's head, but I needed more interaction. (view spoiler)[ All the tension was solved with a voice over message and not even a conversation. I wanted more. (hide spoiler)]
-(view spoiler)[ I wished Anne had shown her tattoo to Austen... at the end when he made his declaration/marriage proposal/though filming, she should've just turned and showed the tattoo on her shoulder. (hide spoiler)]
But again, as much as I want to shake my head I can't. The book did its job, it kept me glued to the pages, it didn't want to be put down. I guess this is my first love/hate relationship with a novel....more
I loved this story so much! I'm definitely, 100% on Madison's side and I'm #TeamDavid ... I can't wait to see how it all wraps up.

I love how we still get peeks also to the lives of characters from book one ... and I absolutely adored Alice and Jack's love story so it's great to see also what happens after Happily Ever After... I love this series and I both, want to know how it ends and want for it to keep going on forever.......more

It's really hard to write a review without giving away spoilers. But I'll keep it short and try. It's a love triangle, so it sort of goes without saying that someone is going to end up left out. What I wasn't prepared for was the emotional turmoil this book gave me! it literally took my heart out of my chest and split it in two!
I wanted it to end the way it ended and I wanted it to end the opposite way. As I said, bittersweet. No ending could be entirely satisfying when a choice so hard needs to be made.
Anyway, this was an impossibly romantic, emotionally intense read....more

Nic and Mark are getting divorced. After Mark refused to have babies and constantly worried about money, Nic, tired of being overlooked, did something unforgivable. And now Mark has moved out of the house and wants a divorce.
I loved that this book had the double POV both Mark and Nic. It was a heartwarming story about love and forgiveness. I loved how Nic fought to try and get her husband back (will she? find out reading...)
I took half a star away because I really disliked the best friend Jilly, and because sometimes I felt like spending too much time inside the characters heads, without active action....more

I LOVED this book. The two parallel stories were so original and even when events overlapped it was amazing how the author gave it nuances to make each chapter unique. I couldn't put this book down!
