it was amazing
bookshelves: 1001-books-challenge

The detached effort of a young boy to rationalise the events of the holocaust, bring a fresh and disconcerting approach to our appreciation of what happened. It is chilling, horrific and sometimes even comical story of how the extermination of the Jews could be as successful as it was. This book is a must read, it definitely justifies its inclusion in the list
