This book was fun, and a nice deviation from both school work and the dark SciFi/fantasy stuff I've been super into lately. Lisa was right; it affords the reader a nice escape into a world that keeps your interest well enough, but still provides a feel good ending. The constantly changing points of view and unclear passages of time were fairly annoying, but easily overlooked by the admittedly interesting plot and romantic love scenes. The characters are somewhat cliche and the themes and messages are beat over the reader's head, but at the end of the day it was a great escape with an empowering message of self love and discovery, and who can knock that? 3/5 for an enjoyable read, but not one I feel I *need* to own a copy of or an instant favorite.
