really liked it
bookshelves: dystopia, graphic-novels

Y shows a world in which all creatures with a Y chromosome have perished. Only Yorik has survived this terrible plague in a world now dominated by women (a terrible fate). Some of them are Amazons, believing the Earth Mother has brought this to free the world of men. Others wish to find a way to recreate society and miss them men that once inhabited the planet. All the while, Yorik seems to be a self absorbed, whiney, slightly chauvinistic, guy who wants to go to Australia to find his girlfriend and get laid.

It was a fun read and the story has potential. However, I feel like I've seen so many movies like this, I'm not sure if the story will get old very fast.
