Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles, #2)

I am going to make Marissa Meyer my best friend, then have her move in with me, and write stories just for me so I can sit by the fire and read all day every day. Because she is that awesome.
Or is that creepy? Now I feel all stalkerish.
Scarlet....Oh Scarlet was a tender morsel of a book you are.
I LOVE this world that Marissa has created. Cinder was amazing as a futuristic Cinderella story and Scarlet was even more incredible as a Red Riding Hood story. It was so brilliantly done. The red hoodie, grandma, the Wolf.....so easily and beautifully tied into the Cinder story....captivating and wonderful. I can't believe I have to wait a whole YEAR for the next story. I will just have to reread these two over and over again.
