Oh, this was such fun! Demon prince Shax is right up there on my list of loveable rogues and I was impressed by how much of everything (action, romance, banter) the author crammed into a relatively short book. I felt the ending was perhaps a tad rushed but will be looking forward to the further adventures of Shax, Verin and hopefully Julian too.
