Lorelei is a gorgeous "dumb blonde" who is determined to get the maximum jewellery and other presents from admiring men while her attraction lasts - and is not really dumb at all, but very streetwise. She takes a trip to Europe with her more ironical friend Dorothy - paid for by one of Lorelei's admirers - where she meets more "gentlemen" who must be juggled to keep them separate, while also of course avoiding their wives.

I found this very funny for the most part, although it palled a little towards the end. I could have wished for Lorelei to grow up a little, or for the men to see through her, but there was little development in either of those directions. Still it was an enjoyable short read.
