(B) 75% | More than Satisfactory
Notes: An intimidation operation, having fun with crime, death galore, much blood and gore, though primarily killing time.

"
Notes:
(1) This whole series just seems like Millar going over his greatest hits.
- The superpower crime spree at the heart of this issue was done better in "MPH."
- Mostly it's a lot of not-very-original, nor particularly exciting, button-mashing violence. Awfully tame by Millar standards.
(2) This issue is just a lot of filler. Good-looking filler, but filler nonetheless."
