(1) I've always said the main problem with this series is the absence of any sort of magic system.
- When "anything goes" it's just deus ex machina.
- There's no being boxed into a corner because there are no corners.
(2) We get some real "Bill and Ted" logic here wherein future selves solve present problems.
- I'll give it a pass because it looks really cool."
