I'm the official errands-runner in my office (I work on a university campus), so I get plenty of walking in. ;)
I also like the elliptical when I get a chance to use one. I have bad knees, so it's not as hard on my joints as jogging (which I loathe, anyway). If I had the room to get an elliptical for my home, I would.

I need to get back on the elliptical again at the gym. I remember that for the time spent...that gave me an excellent workout.

Have you ever taken a Zumba class? You might really enjoy it too. It fuses belly dancing, salsa, and a bunch of other dance styles. You're exhausted and dripping with sweat when it's over, but you want to keep going for just one more song. :)

Definitely do. I'm actually a bit spoiled. I live in a college town, and everyone that I've talked to who attends the class for the first time, if they've taken it before elsewhere, says that our instructor is honestly the best instructor they've had. She makes eye contact with you and smiles encouragingly (without calling everyone's attention to you), gives great non-verbal cues, and always seems to be having the time of her life. I really hope you can find a teacher like her. :)

I also like to exercise with weights and do sit ups. I learned a routine that maximizes muscle buildup and fat burn in a small amount of time. I don't have a lot of time in the evening to devote to exercise.
