Pierre Definitely, Maxine. Both as a matter of fact.

message 160: by Kate (new)

Kate | 1106 comments Mod
I would be interested in both, however I've got 3/4 reads to finish up first. When would you be starting?

I'm giving up on goat mountain, anyone want to read Red Hill? Addy, I would also be up for another of our non horror reads that we have discussed earlier, whichever one you want.

message 171: by Justin (new)

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod
Or one of the horror ones as well, I think there are a few. At least one laymon one right?

message 172: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments Oh Justin, really? Goat Hill looked pretty awesome. I was gonna try to borrow it. As for our reads, I know we have Body Rides and the YA by Ed Lee.

message 173: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments Red hill looks good Justin. U have some great picks. I guess id be up for Monster Lake. What do u think? I can't remember what our non horror reads were, but a few of them I wouldn't be able to borrow.

message 174: by Justin (new)

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod
Goat mountain has been on my tbr since it came out but the writing is driving me nuts. For non horror I remember The Kingdom of Childhood and Drowning Instinct both dealing with the same subject matter, I forget the others though. I know there was a bunch we had discussed. Monster lake sound fine I can start it tomorrow if you want.

message 175: by Justin (new)

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod
Or red hill either one.

message 176: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments I'm down with Monster Lake. I just tried out all the other books u just mentioned and none of them are lendable.

message 177: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments Before u decide I thought I'd throw in Nightcrawlers or Deadlock by Tim Curran, unless u have read them.

message 178: by Justin (new)

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod
I almost started nightcrawlers tonight at work but then decided to play games on my phone instead. I could definitely do that one.

message 179: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments Cool. You can't go wrong with Curran:) Lets start tomorrow.

message 180: by Justin (new)

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod

Hey addy, how about By the Time You Read This, I'll Be Dead for one of our future non horror reads? It is ya and seems like it would fit in with some of the others we have read. I am a fan of the author so I'm sure it will be good.
