The books only deals with the thinking part, once you envision yourself achieving something the brain sets in motion a path using which you can achieve that. If you don't grab the opportunities presented to you while walking on that path, the entire notion of envisioning is useless.

In short, The Secret only works if you work.

Personally, I believe the secret, the magic, is in you. Visualisation definitely works to define a goal clearly, to motivate you and to program your subconscious to work for you (not against you).

Visualisation, or even better, Thinkualisation (where all of the senses are invoked not just the visual), is used in all walks of life - sports people, surgeons, musicians, dancers, engineers, architects, etc. The introduction of visualisation in sport occurred in the USA 1980 Olympic team with techniques developed by NASA for the space program.

However, visualisation requires action. The visualisation guides, defines, motivates and programs, however action is still required to achieve the goal. My 2c worth...

It depends on your approach. If you're seeking something and you put the steps in place to achieve this goal with positive energy then you will be successful... just as the book outlines. However, if you continuously are negative about the goal, you most likely won't succeed. Obviously, these are basic life rules not just something in this book.

Of course, its impactive. The methods are not very easy, but once you get a hang of it, it's really useful. This has been helpful for me to get my Guitar and how to make my day happy one.

This Book explains the Easy n Effective way in achieving your Goals n Desires. Any achievement starts with your 'Thinking' first in that direction and then you start acting towards it. This book prepares your thinking in very positive way and if you practice it your whole thought process will act in achieving it. This books deals in very positive and easy steps in realizing dreams. Worth reading !!

Absolute nonsense. I believe people have obsession with knowing secrets. So, If I write a book full of nonsense and write on its jacket " The mystery revealed" at least a million copy will be sold, and this book is about adding more mystery to your brain. It's not only pseudo-science but written by some pseudo-intellects who's aim is only to make money. Certainly there is no secrets and universe doesn't respond to you conscious thinking, basically it is irrelevant. In my humble opinion this book is offence to our brain and should never be read because in later stages of your life you will regret that delusion.

The secret is Not Totally Fake or False But it's not actually the way the author says it is.
the law of attraction is Real and it works because you always become what you think and what you believe you can be.
But the problem is you cant just sit and imagine 1 million dollars Cash Will Recieve to your Address ASAP!

It is impactful in terms that it's motivating. I don't believe in the magic or universe calling stuff. I do however believe that if you believe something will happen, you'll strive to make it happen. That's what the secret is trying to teach

This definitely works. It all starts with the brain and how you think. You can create all your dreams if you believe in it first.

don´t know whether t is true og false.. but i tried it before a party i was going to. I imagened me find the perfect otfit for no money and that it would be one of the best nights in my lif. It happened. Such things have continued to happened when ever i tried it. I am a non-believer myself.. but honestly I don´t know what other explan to come up with

It works! I have used The Secret a million times, and everytime I put it into motion, it all comes true! Of course, I have to REALLY think and it takes GREAT concentration and that's the thing, we dont focus enough but when I meditate and vision it in my head, I seem to take the action needed to make my dreams a reality. THE SECRET WORKS! At least for me, it does. :)

This definitely is very impactful. I have been using The Secret formula for 4 years and have been able to bring my Dad back from the mouth of death. I am so impressed by the book and movie, that now I have started to screen the movie in various organizations and NGOs, to motivate people.

Positive Thinking definitely works.
