I hope to get at a minimum 100 books off of my shelf. I have so many that this will be a good start. It doesn't help that hubby bought me a kindle fire last year for Christmas...now it has all kinds of books on it also that need to be read. I am off to see if I can make a list of books that I for sure want to get off the shelf first (oldest ones) and then who knows where I will go from there...

I read a total of 118 books in 2012 so I am hoping that I can read that many or more in the new year. Tomorrow I am going to make a starting list of books to get me off to a good start.

How is "Ghost À La Mode"? There is a shortage of mysteries containing ghosts, especially after the 1980s. I've been wanting that series.

For the first book of a series it was fairly good. There was a lot of getting to know the different characters in the book and setting up the mystery. I think the main character accepted the ghost of her great grandmother faster then I might have in the same situation but I liked it enough that I want to find the next book in the series to read it.
