Meghan | 5 comments When I was younger I read a book about a boy who buys a potion (maybe from the back of a comic book?) and he drinks it. He grows rainbow colored or very colorful wings and can fly for a short time. They go away and he can never find the potion again- it was very eerie and at the end, not really a happy ending but kind of.
Read in 1985-88. Paperback format.
