I wondered how long into the challenge it would take me to go out of order. Exactly half! I don't know yet which book I would like to read for week 28 (antonyms), and I just received The Snowman for my birthday, so I'm going to read this next. The best thing is that it is set in Norway, a place I'd really like to visit! Ok it's not one of my top travel priorities (I initially thought I would find a book set in New Zealand, the place I want to visit the most), but Norway will do for this week. And my friends will be glad I read their gift quickly ;)

I read only one Jo Nesbø book (The Leopard) and liked the style and the character of Harry Hole. Generally I really like Scandinavian thrillers (Henning Mankell being my favorite) and look forward to read that kind of books, it's been a long time.

I love reading books I wouldn't have discovered otherwise (or later), but anyone else misses their favorite genre or authors?
