♥ Marlene♥ | 65 comments I am going to stop reading the book I was reading, cause I found out it has tons of books and my max are 3 (With the exception of The Dark Tower series ;) )

I was reading Ender's Game. Love to get some great true crime books but it feels like I have read all the good ones. Any great true crime being published over the last 2 years? I did enjoy John Glatt's book Playing with Fire but that was published in 2010. Oh well 2010 counts too. ;)

I got sick so I gave up on all my books except Ted and Ann: The Mystery of a Missing Child and Her Neighbor Ted Bundy by Rebecca Morris. Actually I gave up on Life of Pi because I read a review and now I know how it ends. Ugh spoilers.

The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer is definitely one of my favorite true crime books. That dude was incredibly scary & psychopathic.

Reading Blood Will Tell: A True Story of Deadly Lust in New Orleans by Joe Bosco. It's a huge book, I had to get in on an interlibrary loan, and it's just not grabbing me.

Audreona I'm reading The Murder Room: The Heirs of Sherlock Holmes Gather to Solve the World's Most Perplexing Cold Cases. The book is about the Vidocq society in Philadelphia, which is a group of the world's best criminal profilers, detectives, police officers, polygraph examiners, artists, etc. who get together every year and try to solve cold cases.

Shirley | 1 comments Just finished reading this amazing psychological thriller, First Night of Summer. Half of the book you are in the killer's twisted thoughts. It is disturbing yet enthralling at the same time because this is a sad truth hidden in our world. Check it out! Join the party and LIKE this new suspense author on Facebook. Ladies--- he is good-looking too! haha, like that matters but he is easy on the eyes. I want to help him gain more popularity! Good book! It gives you a great insight to the corruption in Italy's courts and how Amanda Knox wound up in trouble.

message 48: by Lorna (new)

Lorna | 2 comments Finished reading Russ Coffey's new biography on the UK serial killer, Dennis Nilsen. Incredibly interesting, insightful and - quite frankly - disturbing. But really well-written and some good attempts at looking into the psyche of Nilsen and very easy to follow if, like me, you knew nothing of the Nilsen murders. Definitely recommend!

message 50: by Lorna (new)

Lorna | 2 comments Bella, you definitely should! Is the new Neil Gaiman as wonderful as everyone's saying it is?
