I am currently reading: Ted and Ann: The Mystery of a Missing Child and Her Neighbor Ted Bundy by Rebecca Morris; The Gulag Archipelago 1918-1956 by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and Life of Pi by Yann Martel

I was reading Ender's Game. Love to get some great true crime books but it feels like I have read all the good ones. Any great true crime being published over the last 2 years? I did enjoy John Glatt's book Playing with Fire but that was published in 2010. Oh well 2010 counts too. ;)

I started a thread with new true crime books, I can't say if they're any good, just published in that past 2 years.
Here's the link New TC in 2013

I am reading a Dutch book about a young girl who was mistreated by her mum and had to pretend to be sick. Munchhausen by Proxy syndrome.
Before that I read Charmer a true crime book.

My first time reading the Anita Blake series....liking it alright so far but I heard it goes REALLY downhill after awhile.

Oh I very much enjoyed reading that book Shaq!
I got sick so I gave up on all my books except Ted and Ann: The Mystery of a Missing Child and Her Neighbor Ted Bundy by Rebecca Morris. Actually I gave up on Life of Pi because I read a review and now I know how it ends. Ugh spoilers.

The Monster of Florence is excellent!

The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer is definitely one of my favorite true crime books. That dude was incredibly scary & psychopathic.

Reading Blood Will Tell: A True Story of Deadly Lust in New Orleans by Joe Bosco. It's a huge book, I had to get in on an interlibrary loan, and it's just not grabbing me.

Adding this to my "True crime to read" shelf There But for the Grace of God: Survivors of the 20th Century's Infamous Serial Killers by Fred Rosen

Good book! It gives you a great insight to the corruption in Italy's courts and how Amanda Knox wound up in trouble.

Adding Dennis Nilsen by Russ Coffey to my TBR.
