PUZZLE #28 - Doublets from "water" to "horse"
Please DO NOT post solution here. Mail to [email protected] With Puzzle # in subject line. Be sure to tell me what Team you are on, though I have most of you memorized!
Doublets were word-link puzzles first created by Lewis Carroll. Changing only one letter at a time, and using the clues along the side, go from "water" to "horse"... or vice versa!

- a solemn utterance to invoke a supernatural power to inflict harm or punishment on someone or something
- small bag used esp. by a woman to carry everyday personal items
- food prepared by cooking and straining or processed in a blender
- not mixed or adulterated with any other substance or material
- a manicurist who trims the fingernails
- a person's legal father

This one was much easier than the "Gone Girl" one because there was more colour and decoration that could be matched up.

I just did Rebecca's in the 48 piece USA. That was hard. All those little states in the grey zone. 12:48 minutes.
