I am wondering if anyone has used Listmania (or Listopia?) effectively and could provide some guidance as to how to start a list, get on a list, when to do so... and is it worthwhile.

Any info appreciated.

Odd and perhaps a little guilt worthy as it sounds you just go to lists that have books similar to your own and add your book. I recommend adding other books as well or voting on ones already there to contribute.

I've gotten a couple of tbr's from doing so myself.
