allison, it must be fragile if a handful of berries can bring it down
(new)

Veralee stood strong and tall as the metal grid door rose in front of her, waiting for it to have fully risen before she strode confidently into the room. Her sharp gaze met with those of the gamemakers positioned above for only a moment before she spun on her heel, walking over to the tall rack of lethal weapons. After carefully observing each one she chose a tall scythe with a long handle that had a blunt curved blade that, with enough force, could to some serious damage. The blade was rather thick, flat asides from the tip of the bend. In a clear strong voice she called several avozes over, giving them demands which they willfully followed. As she waited Vera swung around the weapon in her hand, testing the weight and balance of it. She took a few practice swings on the two dummies that stood besides her, the first hit missing its target and landing in the worm burlack shoulder of the fake human. But the second hit its mark, the faceless head of the dummy skidding across the polished floor. The avoxes returned and placed the 23 dummies around her , every one of them having a number printing upon their faces, ranging from 1-12. Veralee thanked them and raised her weapon, ready to begin.
Suddenly veralee charged forwards, racing towards the single #9 dummy. She piked in the air before she reached it, her feet kicking it squarely in the middle of the chest. In mid air she swung the weapon straight down, the sharpened tip digging into the back of the skull. Still in the sky Vera flipped over the dummy and landed solidly with her feet on the ground, pulling her weapon forward so fast and strong that the head of the dummy detached itself and flew forward. Vera smiled and moved on. She ran towards another one of the fake humans, pushing the curved top of her weapon into the ground so she could flip over it and trap the head of the burlap person between her feet, the force of her landing ripping it cleanly off. She continued doing this, shredding the dummies with sharp swings of her scythe and masterful yet deadly gymnastics moves. One sole dummy stood alone and Vera closed her eyes, beginning to swing the scythe in a large circle. Suddenly she released it and sent it flying, the tip landing close to where the heart of the fake human would be. Vera did a dramatic bow and marched off, the scythe still embedded into the chest of the burlap person.

She had tried over the past days, to copy the older tributes. Carry heavy weights, fight, learn survival. But she just embarrassed herself in front of everyone. She couldn't afford to do that here!
Casually, she pondered over to the bow stands- the shiny polished metal glinted and shone. Briefly, she caught her worried face in the mirrored surface and automatically put on a serious expression to mask her anxiety. She had been ok at shooting but had never scored very high. Cautiously, she lifted the bow from the rack, all of a sudden becoming aware of the weight it slipped from her grip and clattered to the ground knocking over the racks and the the arrows.
As an unpreventable reflex she stretched out to catch the falling objects and with ease caught each arrow between her fingers on one hand and the two left over bows with the other. Taken aback by what she had done, she was unsure whether to leave the session there. But pupped with adrenalin she quickly slid an arrow into place and shot at the dummy at the other side of the open room.
Bull's eye. Straight in the heart.
Gently she placed the arrows that were still between her fingers back upon the board. If she was lucky she'd get a five (she thought.) I dropped the bow. How can you drop a bow? It's not even that heavy! Suddenly she stopped her thoughts ,realizing she was taking too long just standing there. With a nod to the game makers she ambled back out to the corridor and exhaled.
Jake entered the room, he was a nervous wreck from the inside but his outside doesn't show it, his face looked calm as ever and his body wasn't shaking much. He then looked towards the Game-makers and shouted. "Jake Lester. District 3."after that, he bowed and went into the stations full of bows and arrows. He knew he only had one chance and this was it. Personally, he wanted to do the other stations but this was what he has been training all his time for, he quickly picked up the bow and felt a nice warm touch to it. Seems like he wasn't he only one who had done this, he then picked up an arrow and felt a nice sensation go through him. He then reloaded the bow with a steady grip on his hands.
He aims for the heart of the target and so, he shoots.
Right in the middle.
He then ran at the far corner of the room and examined the line of targets and as he did so, he held the bow tight in his hands with the arrows ready and reloaded behind him. He then ran through the room and quickly shoots the arrow through the targets as he ran.
One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven...
Jake counted and he finally reached the end of he room. 12 tagets, he hit 12 targets. He looked over his shoulder to see what he has done, he had hit 6 tagets right at the middle of the bulls-eye , 4 of them having to aim at the head and 2 were a slight miss since he hit them at the shoulder. He panted out of tiredness but managed a smile, he then stood up straight and bowed to the Game makers as he left the room.

1) You have any weapon or well, pretty much anything, and I mean anything at your disposal. Including avoxes. (eg bows/arrows, gunpowder, poison etc.)
2) Do NOT kill the avoxes. I'm perfectly fine with you injuring avoxes, but if you are majorly going to injure them, please fix them back up again. And don't be slicin off legs and stuff. After all, they are our servants, and we need those, so don’t destroy them. Them and guards. WE KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE, AND WE WILL KILL YO FAMILY. (Yes we went there)
3) Please make these training sessions realistic. We DO judge based on style and skill, but keep it REAL. If I see something like: "Bob sliced open his arm, then stitched it up. He swept his hand over the wound and the scar disappeared." I'm gonna be reallllyyyyyyy ticked off and since I'm the GM you don't want to do that. ;)
4) Speaking of us scary GM's, you can't get into our balcony or hurt us. you can't do anything at all to us except talk to us.
5) BE REALISTIC!!! I cannot stress this enough!! Nothing bothers me more than when someone comes in and has a completely flawless training session. That's just not possible. I'm sorry.
6) Don’t RP the GM’s. You don’t know how we would react, so nothing more than like She/He heard laughter from the balcony or they looked in disdain and one sneered at her. But nothing more.
7) You get one I repeat, ONE, training session. My time is as valuable as ever right now, and I don’t need to wasting time looking for full sessions to score.
*HINT* If you find yourself asking “would Allison/Jess/Milan find this acceptable? You probably shouldn’t do it. Unless it’s superr important for your charrie to do it, but you run the risk of being punished later.
Please note that if you do something that goes against my rules or I deem unacceptable, your charrie will pay eventually.
WHAT YOU GET IT WHAT YOU GET. I’M THE GM. WHAT I SAY IS FINAL. DON’T ARGUE (or I may kill you.)
I will post your scores here as soon as possible.
