I think a sticky, locked post that's titled something like:

'Need help? Want to help?'

Which has links to the posts detailing how to make a good request, etc, etc. For posters.

And then has some links to how members can easily bring posts to mod's attention for shelving, etc, etc.

Should be posted in Unsolved and stickied to the top as the first post.

I don't want a lot of stickies cluttering up everywhere, but one which points where to go for various things (and includes the descriptions/purposes of the folder it is in - and what the other folders are for), would be useful.

Also, not allowing responses makes it a quick easy read. Tell people which forum you want replies/improvement suggestions to the sticky to be placed, instead of allowing it on that post.

Good ideas. I'm not up to the task, unfortunately, but maybe one of the other mods can set this up.
