This is the place to talk and discuss the books you plan to read for August's Challenge "Books You've Been Putting Off Forever."

Is it particularly exciting and you're wondering why you didn't pick it up before? Or is it boring you to tears and you wished it would've rotted on the shelf? Let us know!

Kate (kaitlins16) I've actually been wanting to read books I've left unfinished this month, so those would be perfect for this challenge. There's also a few others that I haven't started but keep putting off.

I know... I had so many books that I buy discounted or something and they just sit on my shelf for an age because other books keep catching my interest.

Do you know which book you'll read yet?

I'm not sure which one I'm going to read. Probably The Mark of Athena, which I got on release day last year but have yet to read. >.>

Kate (kaitlins16) I'm not sure yet. I'm going to go through my books and check.

ali ᵏᵉᵉᵖ ʸᵒᵘʳ ᵐᵒᵘᵗʰ ˢʰᵘᵗ (time_wont_fly) This'll help me a lot. I'll probably read Gone (Gone, #1) by Michael Grant , cause I got it like two years ago and I still haven't finished it........

Haha, that's another one I've been meaing to read, too. Though Mark of Athena is higher up on the list...

Is this where we do the challenge or is that going to be on a different thread?

Kate (kaitlins16) I finished My Sweet Sixteenth Century by Rachel Harris today. I only bought it the other day, but I've been meaning to get it and read it since before its release date in 2012.
