No ideas for book group

I am reading Lord of the Rings 3, but I don't know what other people are doing for book group, or whether they are reading wide or deep. I am undecided as to which book I should read because I am up for another genre. What books do other people read/want to read?

It depends on what you're into really. If you want more Tolkien you could jump straight on to The Silmarillion. It's a rather densen book though and it reads more like a textbook than a novel.

What does "reading wide or deep" mean?

Reading deep means you read a lot of the same genre or the same author, setting etc.
