I made a promise to my mother who was dying of ALS to care for my ill father for the rest of his life. My story is about the heartbreaking experiences both of my parents had to endure, starting with the Korean war and then a tragedy in our family that would prove to leave wounds far too deep to overcome. Also about the strength of a man who went through all of this and was saved in the same hospital three times. About courage, murder, forgiveness and love.
