It's a wonderful book. I don't pretend to understand everything in it but he does make it a fun read.

I don't know - I read it several years ago and don't remember anything about it. Might be time for a re-read.

This should be required reading for everyone entering high school. Excellent.

While it has its flaws, it's a really good science intro.

It is certainly not a science textbook. But if one views its purpose as stimulating interest in science generally, I can't imagine any writer doing a better job.
