Well... I had one, not for a character in a book, but rather for one on a TV show: Mick St.John <3
It's so sad that this series only lasted a year. Shame on you CBS!

I had a crush on the pre-movie Harry Potter. Daniel Radcliffe is such a bloody dork.
TV crushes, Billy from Black Sails is the shizz.
I just realised all mine are from comicbooks and animated series...

Books: Too many to name... at the moment, Jace or Will from Cassandra Clare's books pops in my head.
Gambit from XMen <3 Oh oh oh oh! Jaqen H'ghar from Game of Thrones, and also, probably my number one crush is Daario from Game of thrones. He reeeeaaaly got me when he said to Dany,
"My sword is yours. My life is yours. My love is yours. My blood, my body, my songs, you own them all. I live and die at your command, fair queen"
<3<3<3 I wish guys talked to me like that lol

My fictional crushes are Martha Jones from Doctor Who and Mara Jade from the Star Wars books.

Let me add to that Tris from "Divergent" and Katsa from "Graceling" which I am currently reading and loving it.

@Brian lol maybe because married women feel safe that you won't hit at them? :P
But yeah... try a country where a man can marry many women... you'll have plenty of married women taken care of you?! :P
*Scratches head* Nah, I don't think that would work, would it? :P

@Brian LOL ok ok... but if married women are after you, even here you may be hunted with shotguns :P

Brian it's an illusion. Women are only two of three things; smart, beautiful or emotionally stable.
I get alot of confessions of love over twitter when little do they know regulating my mental health for me, at times, is like balancing an egg on a tooth pick :p

Try talking that way to Dominatrixes, Brian. They will take you seriously. Just be prepared to have yourself owned by a queen once you're done talking. ;)

@J I dated one of those dominatix women once. If I didn't schedule an appointment when she was making her schedule then I didn't see her that week. Very controlling and stuck to her schedule no matter what! Nothing says love like putting sex on the schedule. Perfect way to suck all the passion and spontaneity out of the relationship.

Remember that intelligence tends to fade also... just a bit slower. So it's better to have more to begin with :>

Hey... to go back on the thread... is it wrong to have a crush on your own character in a book you wrote? lol

Who's without sin, can throw the first rock

I've developed a massive crush on the guy I created for my 3rd ebook. Oh stop being so handsome. It's alittle embarrassing.

However, I've recently added "historical undead pirate Jean LaFitte" from Suzanne Johnson's Sentinels of New Orleans series to my list. Heck - he even showed up in one of my dreams! :-)

Tulip from Preacher is a definite crush. But the big one is Death from the Sandman series :)

Definitely not! They're the funnest to write.
The funniest thing about this conversation is something drastic does alter his apperance during the course of the story xD
