4th Quarter Challenge: From the Page to the Screen
I would like to participate in this challenge. It will be my first challenge since I've only been a part of ŷ for a while now. For my goal of books to read I will say 5 books. I don't know which ones yet, but I do want to read a lot especially since it is school time and it seems to get harder and harder to read.

3/4
The Maze Runner
The Witches
-Dracula
-The Queen of the Damned
 Something Wicked This Way Comes

Duration: October 1 - December 31, 2015
With the holidays coming up, it's the most popular time for movie releases. Several of the upcoming movies are based off of popular books. From Frankenstein to The Martian, our beloved books are getting some time on the big screen. Many favorites have been made into films over the years, and it's always interesting to see how the movie compares to the book.
For this challenge, simply choose a number of books that have movie adaptations to read during the quarter. Bonus points if you watch the movie - and if you do, tell us what you think of the differences (mark your spoilers, of course).

The Time Traveler's Wife"
You are doing well Blagica

The Great Gatsby"
You are added enjoy your book

Completed 1/4
Stardust - now need to watch the film"
The movie Stardust is great I have watched 3 times. If you get the chance to see the movie let me know how it compares I have heard a lot of different reviews so I am hesitant to read it

The Great Gatsby"
If you decide to watch one of the films, I recommend the Leo DiCaprio over the Robert Redford. DiCaprio's Gatsby was better - just try to look over the terrible music choice. Enjoy the book!

I liked the movie I am Legend with Will Smith
Yes! Tim Burton is directing it and I love his style, so I have high hopes for what he can do with the story. It's due for release in 2016 :)
I also liked the movie I Am Legend, however I wish I had read the book before as I ended up feeling let down by the book, unfortunately!
