E.J. Randolph (canyonelf) | 151 comments I enjoyed the use of present tense in this book. Makes for a lively style.

I liked the interesting plot. Not the usual, that's for sure.

The main character Cayce is not very girl. But, the author is a guy. I have yet to come across a guy who can write convincing and engaging girl main characters. (If someone has an example, let me know.)

I thoroughly enjoyed her aversions. I can relate. Egg shells in eggs do it for me. And, the Michelin man and Mickey Mouse. That's wonderful!

Actually, I was impressed with how the author starts a romance for Cayce. (view spoiler)

And, uh, (view spoiler)

LindaJ^ (lindajs) | 260 comments I read this a few years ago - my first Gibson - and really enjoyed it. I will be in the same location as my copy of the book next week and will pipe in more then!
