Got some reading done today to pg 65. I have not read many mysteries before so I have to get use to the story but listening to it is helping a lot :)

Oh that's great! I haven't really go into it yet with everything at work and all but should be reading a good chunk tonight. I don't normally read mysteries ski guess I'm a little intimidated

Hey Brooke. I've only managed to read about 20 pages but with the weekend approaching I plan to get at least halfway through the book.

Made it up to part 2. My goal for today is to get to at least Part 4. I have a few suspicions. When I get on the computer I will write more. So far, I like Robins character and feel like she is going to be a great supporting character to Strike.

Still haven't read anymore because tomorrow is my nephews first bday party and I have to help my sister with last minute stuff

Okay super delayed but i finally finished reading this!
And I enjoyed it. It was a bit tought for me to get into but i am glad that i stuck it out.

(view spoiler)[ I went from suspecting the Bestiguis, to Tony Landry, and I even sort of suspected the brother when Ciara Porter mentioned that Lula would leave everything to him. But there were so much detail to the back story that i really enjoyed, I hope to continue with the series eventually. (hide spoiler)]

I finished this in June 2015 and really enjoyed it. Not just the mystery plot but the care Rowling took in crafting the main two characters. I have also read book #2 and liked it even better.

Has anyone seen the tv series? Any good?
