Perfect way to get them read.

Sarah Laura and Double Indemnity? That sounds like a blast :)

Andrea AKA Catsos Person (catsosperson) | 1685 comments I liked "Middlemarch," and the miniseries was good too!

Sarah, I also have In a Lonely Place and Bunny Lake is Missing waiting patiently, but didn't want to fill up the entire challenge with noir.

I've said I was going to read it for the past three years - 2016 is going to happen!

Andrea AKA Catsos Person (catsosperson) | 1685 comments I hope I turns out to be worth the wait!

I read Jamaica Inn this year. It seems to get mixed reviews, I thought it was great. Ethan Frome is also a good story. Enjoy your challenge.

I've only read 2 from your list - Jamaica Inn and Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde. Both great reads. Good luck with your challenge :)

Laurie | 1881 comments I read 1, 7, 9 and 11 all this year and enjoyed them all. I didn't like Middlemarch at first and then about a third of the way through I suddenly realized I was enjoying it. So I hope you like it as well.
