Karen | 289 comments Wow Lauren, you are doing some great reading! Like Lorah I would love to hear what were your favorites.

I really like this format as a means of keeping track of my challenge. I had not created a thread before but I think I might now - so thanks for a great idea :)

Lauren | 85 comments I definitely really enjoyed the romance genre challenge books that I wouldn't usually have read. A few that stand out would have to be Unwind, The Fault in our Stars, the Book Thief, the Great Gatsby and The Color Purple. I think I enjoyed the last two because the only pre-conceived thought I had was that they were generally in 'books you should read' lists. Which ones are you interested in, Lorah? I see you've started your thread, Karen, glad to inspire you haha.

Lauren | 85 comments I'm only about a quarter of the way through it but I'm enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would. :)

message 12: by Tracey (new)

Tracey | 916 comments That's probably good because its a big book and it would be a lot slower of a read if you weren't enjoying it.

message 13: by Lauren (new)

Lauren | 85 comments Definitely! I've learnt that by forcing myself all the way through a couple of Dickens haha.
