Now I'm off to start setting something up on my 2017 thread. No idea what, exactly. There are a few on the "want to read" list that I didn't get to this year, so I'll move those over. Maybe a couple of series I want to get back to. Beyond that? Who knows.

Now that's progress!

My wife made the buying decision for me in the end regarding the Paperwhite/Voyage/Oasis thing and went for the Oasis (on top of Christmas I also have a significant milestone Birthday in a couple of days or so and I guess she though it was worth splashing out). So I am now the proud owner of a tiny Oasis - I didn't realise how small they are. I do like the lightness of it (spent several hours reading last night as I have a cough/cold that is keeping me from sleeping) and it was a lot easier to hold than the Fire I have been using. I also like the page-turn buttons, so count me happy (despite the man flu).

I say man flu, but actually I currently live in a household with 5 females, and three of them have it too, so it's not strictly man-related ;-)

Although the screen is the same size as the 6" Kindle, the surround is narrower, and it is also thinner, so feels really small.

Well. Only 6 hours till 2017, so I think I can safely wrap this up.

Target was 30, read 37. Yay!
