Summary: The Da Vinci Code written by Dan Brown is a mystery book that follows the character Robert Langdon. Langdon and other characters follow clues from the death of a curator in the Louvre, a museum in Paris France. The clues are connected to some of Da Vinci's most famous pieces of art. As the story delves deeper the plot thickens and a romance develops.
Personal Reaction: Wow! Dan Brown knows how to write. The Da Vinci Code just sucked me into the story held within the pages. I was surprised, astounded, fearful, and on the edge of my seat while reading this book. While I might have thought it started off slow it didn't stay that way for long once the plot was set up it just took off. As the story continued to veer in different directions to mislead me it was no shocker to me that I would be in disbelief to find the truth about the mystery. A really great book to read.
