Summary: This book is about a boy named Benson Fisher. Benson happened to be not a very good boy. So his parents sent I'm off to a school that helps kids that are bad. When he got there things ended off being not quite what he imagined. He has a decision to either be with the bad group of kids or the good group or their is a small group off people that choose neither of those and that group is named Variant. Variant is the group that Benson has chosen to be associated with. Then as they get farther into the book he figures out that their aren't principals or teachers, all of those people are robots. So he decides that he wants to try to escape from this basically prison that they are in so he and all his friends from the Variant group make a plan to escape. So basically the rest of the book is about him and his friends trying to get out.
Personal Reaction: I loved reading this book. I was really interesting and had me really hooked. It had me wanting to read more and more each time that I read it. While I was reading this book at most times I was on the edge of my seat. It had me really surprised that when I found out that most of his friends that he made were almost all robots. I would definitely recommend this book to another person. I'm sure that anyone would love reading this book as much as I did.
