So many points and places to put books, huzzah! I'm going to rearrange the goal post to make it easier to understand, back in a few.

My mouth was agape at our awesomeness as I was filling in the guesses, hehehe.

Oooo, lots of options, I love it! I think I'll avoid putting you down for any one thing at the moment so we can see where it fits best when you finish, especially as it's not your first book. :)
And 500 pages means we'll get a bunch of page points, yea!

Nice work! The only main task this book is eligible for at the moment is romance so I'll slot you in there :)

Kazen...it will take me at least 2 days to get this done. Let me know what you want me to target reading next...by Wednesday would be great...I use the library mostly so sooner the better. Thanks much!

The guess going towards the "middle" of the board was taken..."
No problem, we should definitely be thanking my coffee maker for being reliable this morning. I'm glad I could be some help.

"Hit and sink, woo hoo! Hit! ...hit!! miss... hi..."
Yay!!! We totally rock. *dances around living room with e-reader in hand*

That coffee maker sounds like it's earned a fresh pound of beans. ;)

Super useful! We have a lot of YA slots and I can never guess which books count as chick lit, it's such a weird tag, hehe.

"Hit and sink, woo hoo! Hit! ...hit!! miss... hi..."
Woah, we rock!

Wonderful choices, Annabeth and Sam! The both look like they're eligible for lots of things so we'll put them in the most logical place (YA?) once you guys finish. :)

Def an easy read! Does this count as YA? I guess I'm just used to seeing paranormal/vampire books as YA lol.

It's something the captains can request. We've decided that for now we like having the books visible on our main thread to promote discussion.
Is a books read threads something you guys would prefer?

Secret Society Girl

Surprised it fits all of those, but take your pick!

If captains are keeping track, I'm good. I would hate to not get points because we neglected to read whatever...the spreadsheets show us who's all read...I haven't seen the spreadsheets you are talking about though.
Thanks for all you are doing to keep us all on the right track!

Yea! I'll refrain from putting it in a category at the moment but I feel like it may end up in chick lit, hehe. Nice work!

We're on top of it, no worries! On the first page of this thread you can find links to the Red Panda spreadsheet as well as the Wobble-wide spreadsheet. I summarize the spreadsheet info in the "goals" posts near the top of each page if you'd like to see where we're at books-wise - click on the spoiler tags to see all the info. :)

Here's a question (just curious) since I10 and G5 are both fantasy, can one person read a book for each of the 2 hits? (i.e 2 books, 2 hits, 1 genre.)

No worries - migraines, grah! Happy to have you back :)

Yup! A good way to think about it is that you can read one book for each square. This is one reason why I'm listing names under the spoiler, so we can see who has read for each particular task/square. :)

Thanks! I just finished a PN/fantasy book and I don't think I'l read the second part just yet(I need a change in genres) but normally when I start a Fantasy series, I tend to binge-read them all, but with this task I wouldn't be able to read from the same genre(with out the 2 hits), hence the question :) :D thanks for the super fast reply !

Bwahaha, love the impulsive binge-read. :)
You have a lot of tasks if you want to go through the series - it sounds like these books would work for paranormal and fantasy, so that's three squares right there. If they're also shelved YA that adds three squares, romance adds two, science fiction also adds two... options, you have them! ;)

The guess going towards the "middle" of the board was taken away from each hit and the hit in the lower right gained two guesses. The last guess will be an open water hit in the bottom left or upper right. This, along with some behind the scenes changes in how guesses are carried out, should work to our advantage - thanks for the idea, Brianna! :D
I'm going to start doing our guesses now, bwahahaha.
