I am already reading, just got the 4th released today, it is an excellent series. Weeks weaves a great story. Highly recommend.

Bumping this to see if there will be more nominations or if anyone wants to second a nominated series... (hint, hint: The Sharing Knife series by Lois McMaster Bujold, starting with Beguilement)

I recently read Theft of Swords as another group's book of the month. I plan to continue that series. I have been reading this group's discussion of it as well.

I did the same thing when I read the Malazan books with another group--I referred to this group's earlier discussion for additional insights and perspectives. I am slowly reading Hobb's Assassin series and again, coming back here to read earlier comments.

But mostly I would like this group to vote on the nominations already made for the series we will read together! Forzainternl, maybe you should nominate something this group has not read, since the nominations have not been closed and the polls have not gone up. Some of the series you mentioned have not yet been done by this group, as far as I know.

Only one nomination per member and the group will begin reading in January :)

Hey forzainternl, I'm about to start the Liveship trilogy and have the audio of Ship of Magic downloaded. I'll start reading tonight or tomorrow if your interested in reading along together. I just picked up Robin Hobb and finished the Farseer Trilogy only recently. I'm a pretty quick reader though so you'll have to keep up ;) ;)

I don't think forzainternl was nominating, per se. I think she's just looking for fellow series readers and used this thread to do so. Maybe a moderator could move her comment and the responses to a different thread.

Helen | 1 comments Moderators only have the option to delete comments not move them. I was suggesting that she makes a nomination in support of your comment really.
