Guy I've always been big on NY's resolutions--a habit cultivated by my parents.
Anyway I'm not counting my TBR as I can use the time instead to read dozens of books.

Guy I couldn't make my mind up on the number, but decided to go for something do-able. You can, according to the rules, move your goal UP later if you exceed expectations.

message 6: by Guy (new)

Guy We can give each other moral support. And it's probably a good thing that the chunkster MofP is almost finished.

message 7: by Guy (new)

Guy I know. It's really going to skew the data--you know how goodreads calculates how many pages you've read, the shortest and the longest book etc.

Yes, it helps focus the mind doesn't it? I'd intended to read The Spire for years but only this year read it. Ditto Brideshead Revisited.

message 25: by Guy (new)

Guy That's funny as I dug out my copy of Brideshead revisited this morning.
