Apart from Divergent what are people reading this month?

I'm planning to read Skinjob, Tigerman and Difficult Men: Behind the Scenes of a Creative Revolution: From The Sopranos and The Wire to Mad Men and Breaking Bad. After that I plan to start reading Middlemarch, I might even try to read The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair and The Fictional Woman

After a really slow month of reading in May, I'm hoping to do better in June!

I am determined to finish Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking this month, and I will be buddy-reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which is also my seventh book for the easy challenge (YA category). I am also hoping to read The Husband's Secret and The Missing One.

I'm finishing up on some May group reads, and after that I'll be reading Divergent and then I'll hopefully catch up on a few more for the challenge. I have 2010: Odyssey Two for my sci-fi book. After that, not sure yet.

It seems I have five books up in the air right now and they are all being read or listened to in order to plug gaps in The Hard Challenge (among others). The Hunt for Red October for the Thriller category, Dad Is Fat, narrated by the author, Jim Gaffigan, for the Humor category, North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell, a seemingly endless book, for the Victorian category, Sophie Kinsella's Remember Me?, Chick Lit, and A Bouquet : Of Czech Folktales, Poetry. Can't quite keep straight any more whether Margaret Hale is the Captain of the Red October or if Jack Ryan is the father in Dad is Fat, but I'll get through this!

I am reading Johnny Carson, Divergent, Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead, The Secret Garden (I am a little behind) and His Excellency: George Washington.

My bedside table is getting quite the stack on it, but this month I will be finishing up The Blind Assassin and working through Capital in the Twenty-First Century. Along with Divergent, I will have a pretty full month.

I'm currently reading By Blood We Live the last book in the Bloodline Trilogy. And hope to read next - Gone or The Murder at the Vicarage for my Crime bookclub read.

I just finished The Girl in the Road Monica Byrne, which was pretty good. But the reason I'm posting about it, is the little type in the bar code/isbn box categorizes it as 'Literary Science Fiction', which I thought a.) was funny and might blow the genre-police's minds ;-), and b.) might be of interest to some in this group, who are interested in literary examples of each genre :D.

I'm currently reading Flowers for Algernon, a really good but also sad book that let's you think about what people do in the name of science and what they shouldn't be allowed to do.
