I am very much aware of that :-) I have been trying to get a hold of Chelsea these last couple of days, maybe she is ill, as I was at first.

272 pgs 2 stars (finally - was like pulling teeth to get through...kept peeking at the % read button on my kindle ....ugh only 20% in, etc. I started it for another challenge. Also felt like I was reading about high schooler's instead of grown men)

I just finally got around to checking in with the moderator about book of the month. It seems as though you need to read the book within a month of the start date and make 3 substance filled posts (IE. not just "it was great").Would everyone who completed one of the BOMs please either post here or message me so I can make sure to update the spreadsheet without having to comb through everyone's completed books.
Also, 3 more weeks of the school year for this teacher and I am just so excited I could cry. In the last two weeks I have had puke in the classroom and lice. It's been a fun May :)

I am now looking forward to getting in some summer reading before summer school starts.
This week I have been commuting into the city so that gives me 2.5 hours of reading time as well as my 2 hours a night. I am able to get some of the kindle short freebies read and off my shelf...The Year of the Hare: A Novel

Thanks! I definitely read a lot, but since I'm an introvert who works in bars between film gigs it's the way I handle the stress of dealing with that many people on a daily basis. I read fast, and I don't feel right if I don't make time every day to read.
