Sara Nominate one book you would like the group to read for July’s monthly challenge a book set in two different time periods.

Post the title and author (please use the add book link for the book title, if possible).

Rules:
One nomination of one book per member. If you post multiple books only the first one will be counted.

You must list the title in your comment in order to count.

The top 6 most nominated books will be added to a poll which will open after the nominations have been closed and counted.

Nominations will close on Monday, May 22.

No other posts in this thread. If you wish to discuss the merits of the books you can do so on the individual prompt thread: /topic/show/...

Amy (lakeshorelibrarian) The All-Girl Filling Station's Last Reunion by
Fannie Flagg

Another bit of women's history you probably didn't know about set within a modern day story. Humor, family relationships, and unexpected twists as well as the historical story makes this a great beach read for July.
