I read a book and I thought it was an older Nora Roberts or Linda Howard book and I can't find it.
The main character has a fever and wrecks through a fence and into a lake and the guy with a teenage son he had when he was really young save her and nurse her back to health. I think it is the first in a series and his brothers have books too. Also I'm pretty sure it was a harlequin novel so not really a full length one.
Any help is appreciated!
