Sidney Archer has the world. A husband she loves. A job at which she excels, and a cherished young daughter. Then, as a plane plummets into the Virginia countryside, everything changes.
Overall, this book was enjoyable. I listened to this book while getting in my daily walk or driving to work. It was narrated well and for the most part developed at a fast enough rate to keep my attention.
I really enjoy reading mysteries or thrillers, but one of the things that makes Baldacci one of my preferred writers is that rarely do I figure out the entire puzzle before the end of the book. That was the case with this book as well. Late in the book I felt like I had most of the story figured out but at the end I was still surprised when the whole picture came together.
If you want a fun read or listen, this one is not a bad choice but I do wish it was part of a series that kept the characters going.
