I believe this book is miscataloged:

I have the 1992 German edition by Deutscher Taschenbuch Verlag (DTV), EAN 9783423109581.

The catalog record linked above claims that ISBN and clearly shows the "DTV" in the lower right hand of the cover, so it should be marked a German edition by DTV, not a Puffin English edition.

In fact, in the Amazon record for the Puffin English edition, the ISBN on the back cover is easy to see 978-0-140-31753-4, not the same:



And that makes sense, since ISBNs starting with 0 or 1 are English, and 3 is German.

I created a new record for this with the ISBN instead of EAN:

/book/show/3...

But probably the other one should be changed to be German, DTV, and a new record made for English, Puffin.
