I will start reading today. Looking forward to chatting about this - one of my fave books :)

I read thru to chapter 4. Mr. Tilney has just been introduced and I love him. He has so much more personality than say, Mr. Darcy haha Though I like Darcy too...

I love Austen's tongue-in-cheek observations of the characters, particularly the way she described Catherine LOL

I haven't read this book in some time but it's still one of my favorites.

I had intended on reading a few chapters last night, but a friend called asking if I would go with her to a high school dance recital. I couldn't say, "No. I have a book to read." :)

I was able to read about half of the first chapter before falling asleep. I love the line: "A family of ten children will always be called a fine family..."

I wasn't sure what the Beggar's Petition was. Check out this .

I love this book and hope to read more tonight. First though, I am going to watch 'Home Alone' with my niece and nephew lol
