First in a Series

Duration: 6 MOnths

Is there a series (or multiple) you've been meaning to read? Maybe you keep forgetting or you just haven't had a chance to get to reading one for some reason or another. Well, perhaps this is the challenge for you! For this challenge you will read ONLY the first book in a series.

Levels:

Easy 1-3 First in a Series Books
Moderate: 4-6 First in a Series Books
Hard: 7-9 First in a Series Books
Expert: 10 or more First in a Series Books

Going to try and start with these...

10. Under the Never Sky

I'm planning to try and give this one a shot.

I am going to do this one as well. Just have to actually get some time and figure out which series I haven't started that are on my list.

I've got some that I'm going to get started. I have a few that I want to finish before the next book comes out such as Wintersong by S. Jae-Jones. And Dividing Eden. Oh and and and there was another one but I can't remember what it is now.

Okay here is my starting list for now. I got a little lazy so it isn't a full list. I will add other first in a series as I read them.

I just got Starflight in the mail today and I really want to read it. I've been trying to find a lot of sci-fi books lately.

I am going to listen it.. Sometimes i read a lot of sci-fi other times i don't.

I have discovered that sometimes I don't retain the information if I listen to it.

I can see that for me it really helps me listen so long as i am not distracted.

I have discovered I'm usually pretty good if I am listening while driving.

I love to listen while driving

My drive is all of ten minutes round trip.

oh no that doesn't make for a lot of listening time. I had to change my schedule for listening once I wasn't taking Kieran to preschool three times a week. I was getting about three hours of listening time in, then it would take me a month or more to listen to a book because I wasn't listening in the car. So now I listen while I get ready in the morning or while I am cleaning the kitchen.

I could do that but I clean as I cook. So my kitchen stays pretty clean. And in the morning while I'm getting dressed I'm fusing at my children to get dressed so all the random times I could listen I can't because that time is still being used by something.

Boo!!!

I know but I'm starting to think that I may listen to things when I'm on my computer and not read. Those times that I'm sitting here and chit chatting on the group.

I do that sometimes, I usually run out of time, like now I have to go get my walk in but I am behind this morning.

I need to be getting some reading in. I feel like I'm falling behind even though I'm not falling behind.

I am falling behind lol i was so busy today. If it does snow i am looking forward to uninterrupted reading time.

Well then I hope you get some good snow for uninterrupted reading time.
