😂😂😂

Oh wow... Your imagination is running really strong today 😝

Grow up Ripley! Open your eyes! Stop hiding behind usual male excuses! 🙄🙄🙄
Can I bash him in the head? Just once pretty please? 😁

I'm in chapter 3 :/
Haven't gotten time to read more 😞

Which chapter does this relate to? 🤔 I don't think I've come across it yet

You can use the browser in your pH to look at the spoilers. It's what I do
Don't get time to use the computer so frequently :P

It's good that Olympia is forgiving and sensible. I would have bashed Ripley's and Ashmont's heads once or twice... I am pretty temperamental. 😂

no worries though... glad you liked it... :D

On the one hand, the author keeps saying these dukes are dis-graces and is outlining their debauched lifestyles. On the other hand, Ripley has apparently led a monk like existence in recent months
Oh really? 😒

I think I read two books by her. Both 5 stars for me.
So far this book has been kinda average 😕

After all that they went through to get here and her aunt has left for the summer!!!! Oh no. What is Olypmia going to do now!
And yes I think there's something fishy about Blackwood and his bride too. Although we haven't met the girl yet

spoiler
Ashmont is really stupid. And that patronising way his uncle treats him!!! I think this series is meant to be about all the 3 dis-graces. It's difficult to imagine him as the lead in another book.

Thankfully he doesn't spend most of the time brooding and sulking about it. In some books, the H in order to be"noble" spend the entire book just sulking and be all...."but I don't deserve to have her"
I hate those books!

spoiler
Why does he have to be the one to duel? I'm not sure in understood that explanation. Didn't he try getting a second 🤔
Hugh Philemon Ancaster, seventh Duke of Ripley, will never win prizes for virtue. But even he draws the line at running off with his best friend’s bride. All he’s trying to do is recapture the slightly inebriated Lady Olympia Hightower and return her to her intended bridegroom.
For reasons that elude her, bookish, bespectacled Olympia is supposed to marry a gorgeous rake of a duke. The ton is flabbergasted. Her family’s ecstatic. And Olympia? She’s climbing out of a window, bent on a getaway. But tall, dark, and exasperating Ripley is hot on her trail, determined to bring her back to his friend. For once, the world-famous hellion is trying to do the honorable thing.
So why does Olympia have to make it so deliciously difficult for him . . . ?
