There are a lot of books about HRM out there but I thought it might be helpful to discuss a book that covers a skill that all of us need in our personal and professional lives. In the organizations I've worked in, I've noticed that managers and supervisors struggle greatly with having Difficult Conversations. Would the group be interested in reading and discussing this book with me?

Great! So how do we do this? Do I just post thoughts and reflections chapter by chapter for discussion? I've never done this before. Thanks.

We'll give it a couple of days, hopefully others will be keen. Then we'll put it up as "currently reading" - give everyone a couple of weeks to read it and have a dedicated thread/topic for the discussion.
