D Dyer | 66 comments So how is everyone? I did my taxes last week. It was sad. And now I am trapped on my couch because my cat is using my lap as her bed.

I am currently cowering inside from the pollen apacolypse lol. Everything is covered in a film of yellow-green dust here. And dont you just hate it when they decide to sit on your lap all cute and your like hey I need to get up! My cats do that to me quite often...

Mystic Orange (Rumell) (rkrespectedmember) Why are you cowering from apocalypse?

message 109: by D (new)

D Dyer | 66 comments I’ve been fortunate to avoid pollen issues. So, I’m getting back into the habit of spending mornings in the garden. Afternoons are too hot and I can’t be outside for too long I get migraines.

That's good, that the pollen hasn't been getting to you but the migraine thing sucks. I get migraines occasionally and they are the worst.

Oh it was just a joke about the insane amount of pollen outside and allergies.

D Dyer | 66 comments I have chronic migraines so I’m sort of used to them. You just drug yourself into unconsciousness until it’s over. In a zombie apocalypse, I’ll be the girl raiding pharmacies for Maxalt.

Christine Hatfield (christinesbookshelves) | 328 comments D I get migraines too

Mystic Orange (Rumell) (rkrespectedmember) Cheesy line: you're hotter than the sun

message 114: by D (new)

D Dyer | 66 comments I do have a slightly elevated temperature at all times. But I still think the sun wins in that contest.
In other news, I’m not sure which of my creatures to blame for this but my dog and one of my cats have apparently decided that 3 AM is the appropriate time to want to go outside. Which means I’m outside with both of them on leashes well they poke their noses into things. In a bright blue trenchcoat no less.

Christine Hatfield (christinesbookshelves) | 328 comments D that’s not good that you have slightly elevated temperature and Nikki ~ The Nocturnal Bookworm i’m allergic to cats

message 116: by D (new)

D Dyer | 66 comments Thanks for being concerned but it’s actually fine. My standard temperature is almost always at 98.8 or 98.9 which is slightly higher than the standard core temperature that you get for humans but apparently that isn’t all that uncommon. I don’t have a fever, I just run a little hot.
