I've noticed that sometimes, upcoming or new sapphic releases go right under the radar due to lack of awareness about their contents. So here's a thread of our most anticipated books, all with notes indicating content - and yes, we're adding those that people mention.

message 4: by Emily (last edited Mar 16, 2018 12:11PM) (new)

Emily (emjrasmussen) (6/5) The Last Summer of the Garrett Girls by Jessica Spotswood--I don't know much about this one, but the blurb says one of the MCs is crushing on the girl next door (who may or may not return her feelings??)

(6/12) Final Draft by Riley Redgate--apparently this one as a pansexual biracial MC and a GREAT group of friends. <3

(10/16) Sawkill Girls by Claire Legrand--from the author: "This is a book about girls--girls loving girls, girls kissing girls, girls being friends with girls, girls helping girls."

This Kooky Wildflower Loves a Little Tea and Books (alittleteaandbooks) | 2 comments Read...People Like Us...Bi MC, with one lesbian supporting character and a possible queer supporting character, but not sure where to place her as she may have used the MC's sexuality as manipulation

Can't Wait for Dread Nation and Leah on the Offbeat

I just hope it won't be a disappointment, keeping my fingers crossed

Lulu (the library leopard) (thelibraryleopard) | 10 comments Oh my gosh, this list is so great! For other books:
I believe We Are Young by Cat Clarke has a sapphic lead (and the author is a bi woman), though I don't know the character's specific sexuality or romance.
Wildergirls by Rory Powers is another upcoming book with a f/f romance releasing in 2019.
This Is What It Feels Like by Rebecca Barrow has a lesbian as one of the several points of view (unsure about romance).
Feeder by Patrick Weekes came out recently and has some kind of f/f romance.
Odd One Out by Nic Stone apparently has several characters questioning their sexualities, including a maybe bi? girl.
