It was amazing! It gave me another book hangover similar to when I finished The House in the Cerulean Sea. I immediately purchased Wayward Son when I finished.

The Dutch House was a book that I had low expectations for, but it surprised me and turned out to be very good. From the beginning, almost every chapter had an "oh my" moment. It is well worth reading.

I loved Home Before Dark! It is a page turner. Easy to fit in as it such a quick read. Several times I thought I had it figured out, only to be wrong. Already picked out my next book to read by this author.

What did you think about The Ten Thousand Doors of January?

message 445: by Debra Diggs (new)

Debra Diggs | 2388 comments Krystyna wrote: "What did you think about The Ten Thousand Doors of January?"

Here is my review: A predictable fairy tale. A very, very young adult story. It was good but nothing more. Trigger warning, has a small amount of animal abuse that was not necessary to the story.

...Just my thoughts. A lot of people really loved this story. And I did think the idea of the Doors was great.
